Common Injuries [ Achilles Tendonitis ]-[ Plantar Fasciitis ]-[ Carpal Tunnel Syndrome ]-[ Patellar Tendonitis ]-[ Patellar Instability, Patellar Subluxation ] [ Ilio Tibial Band Syndrome ]-[ Tendonitis, Medial and Lateral Epicondylitis, Tennis Elbow, Golfer's Elbow ]        Achilles Tendonitis Symptoms: Pain in the back of the heel, increased with activity. Aching in the back of the heel when starting to walk. Product: Achilles Healer Plantar Fasciitis Symptoms: Pain in the sole of the foot, either at the base of the heel, or in the arch. Patients are generally comfortable sleeping, but report sharp or cramping pain with the first step in the morning. Often they find themselves hobbling around for several minutes. Symptoms typically ease during the day, but may become painful at the end of the day. Product: PSC Carpal Tunnel Syndrome Symptoms: Numbness, tingling, or pain in the hand; generally involving the thumb, index, and middle finger. May radiate up the arm to the shoulder. Waking at night with the hand asleep, or 'shaking out' the hand is common. Dropping of objects and weakness in advanced cases. Product: CarpalGard Patellar Tendonitis Symptoms: Pain in the front of the knee, just below the kneecap. The pain is worsened by kneeling or squatting. Product: PattStrap or KneeGard Patellar Instability, Patellar Subluxation Symptoms: Pain in the front of the knee, increased with exercise or activity. A patellar dislocation results in an obvious deformity of the front of the knee, with an inability to move the knee. Product: Kneegard Ilio Tibial Band Syndrome Symptoms: The rope-like tendon on the outside of the knee just above the joint becomes inflamed and can sideline you completely. It hurts with generally any activity involving running, walking, up and down stairs, etc. Product: PattStrap Tendonitis, Medial and Lateral Epicondylitis, Tennis Elbow, Golfer's Elbow Symptoms: Pain in the outside (lateral) or inside (medial) aspect of the elbow, exacerbated with gripping or squeezing.
